The importance of Dua

The importance of Dua

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has blessed us with the greatest blessing of Imaan.

Allah Ta'ala is ever loving and merciful to His servants.

As humans, we are bound to err and stray from His obedience.

By His infinite mercy, He has given us a path to rectify and make for our errors.

Allah Ta'ala say in the Qur'aan

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ

And when my servants ask you about me, sure I am near. I respond to the call of the caller when he calls unto Me.

This month is one of those many great opportunities for us to gain the pleasure of Allah Ta'la by calling unto Him and seeking His pleasure and forgiveness.

Let us treasure every moment of this Mubaarak month and spend time in Dua.

Opportune times for Dua is:

After every Fardh Salaah.

During the latter portions of the night.

May Allah Ta'ala grant us the guidance of benefitting from His infinite mercy.

Aameen
