Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasoolullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said:
"Whoever enters the marketplace and recites
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Allah Ta'ala will record for him one million good deeds, remove one million sins and raise him one million stages in Jannah" Narrated by Tirmidhi.
In another narration the following is added "And Allah Ta'ala will build for him a house in Jannah"
